Refund policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unburned, with the wick untrimmed, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact support at  muditamerakicandleco@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your candle or vessel is defective, melted, cracked, leaking, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right. For shipping damage, please include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item.

 

Normal Variations

Minor cosmetic variations such as frosting, “wet spots,” or slight color differences are common with natural waxes and do not affect performance; these are not considered defects. If you believe performance is affected, contact us.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/burned candles (any candle that has been lit or the wick trimmed)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact muditamerakicandleco@gmail.com.
